Use the email address your school, society or production company invited you with. If you have not received an invitation, please contact your director or admin.
Tap "Forgot password" on the sign in screen to receive a reset email. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or email us.
Schedules appear once your director has added you to a show. Pull down on the Schedule tab to refresh, or sign out and back in.
Make sure you have a network connection the first time you play a track. Once loaded, tracks are cached for offline use. Please also check your device volume and silent switch.
Email us at dom@limelightlabs.co.uk from the address on your account and we will remove your data within seven days.
